My boyfriend and I booked the Viewcrest Guest House for a weekend getaway and had such an enjoyable trip!

When we were choosing a place to stay we wanted to stay in a place with a view and was in location where we could walk to Fairhaven. The Viewcrest Guest House met all of these items for us! Everything was perfect from the time we made the booking with OneSuite Stay to the end of our stay. We arrived in the late evening to a well lit home with the heat on, which is the perfect way to start your trip, especially when it was in the 30s! The home was everything we wanted and more. Very spacious, warm decor, and the view is absolutely beautiful and calming. The home was spotless and well-equipped with everything we needed for our weekend. We were able to pickup groceries at the nearby Hagens and cook breakfast before we headed out to explore! We're walkers, so we found the mile walk to Fairhaven Village to be short and manageable, if you didn't want to drive. I highly recommend The Black Cat, Stone's Throw Brewery, Village Books, and Magdalena's Creperie (we went here twice!).

The last day of our trip we drove the short 15 minute drive to Oyster Dome to do some hiking before we headed back to the city. Honestly this location is so hard to beat! It's such a great place to relax and take in the scenery and then adventure out to the nearby restaurants, shops, and bars.

We highly recommend OneSuite Stay if you're looking to stay in theBellingham area! We were impressed with how smooth the check-in process was, how clean the home was, and how great & professional the staff was! They truly made our trip one of the most memorable trips we've taken!

Very nice bungalow, although it is in essence a very simple house, the furnishings are so nice that it lifts the whole place to a different level. Trails are very close by and the view is indeed great.

This is a wonderful little house! It was spotlessly clean, very thoughtfully set up for renters, and offers a stunning view. We found it to be a great location - very handy to Fairhaven, Chuckanut Drive, and the I-5. The almost-tame deer and rabbits were an added bonus!

Having a view of the water and forested mountain was great! We are bikers and hikers and had plenty trails for both very nearby. We enjoyed being able to walk or bike right into Fairhaven to dine or just have a coffee. Because of having equipment with us, having a garage to store our bikes was especially nice. Barbara and her staff were a pleasure to work with and made our stay very pleasant. The one issue we had was a need for room darkening drapes in the bedrooms. Sunrise was very early while we were there and the light came right in. We are very sensitive to that; others may not be so much.

This was the second year we stayed a month or more at this home. Everything is about the view, the pleasant location and the deer. Offer them some apples, pears, or plums and the fawn, doe, and bucks will come up to the slider looking for a treat. The 50s style house is open and comfortable. My wife had a problem with the dishwasher (me). The management is prompt at handling any issues; we needed the garbage disposal replaced after it failed. The one car garage is spacious with additional misc. storage, a sink, and new washer and dryer.

We stayed in this rental for about a month - we had moved to Bellingham and the house we bought did not close till the end of July - we thought the rental was a great place - wonderful view - convenient to Bellingham services, clean and tidy. The kitchen is a little dated but has everything you need to cook meals (no dishwasher but we knew that going in) No problems with anything. We did some hiking in Bellingham around Padden Lake, spent time in Fairhaven and Downtown. We have moved here so just got to know the town better - we love it.

I stayed at this lovely home in Fairhaven in early June. Everything about the experience was wonderful! From the start the management provided prompt responses and friendly service. The location of the house was perfect, close to the quaint Fairhaven area ( I especially loved the bookshop and the self serve dog wash!) and the many hiking/running trails (one trailhead even within walking distance). Larrabee State Park and Whatcom Falls were both beautiful. It was even pleasant walking around the neighborhood. The house itself was beautifully decorated, clean, and well equipped with essentials. The views out the back were so lovely and serene. It was crazy how close the deer came to the back door -- we had to be sure to look around before letting the dogs out! Overall, a wonderful rental opportunity!

Fine. We never cooked there, only made coffee, did a great job of cleaning up after ourselves, after a very challenging week of supporting my brother when he died. It was a great place to have to sleep/shower. Nice house, great African objects! Very satisfied except for payment of security deposit. Very clean. Beautiful view. Quiet neighborhood.

Home was comfortable but needs updating. For the price there should be a dishwasher and updated bath. Living room furniture not comfortable.
